We are looking for an ambitious and business-savvy marketer to amplify the success of our prestigious brand. This role demands a unique blend of superlative skills: you should be a strategic brand thinker with a sharp business sense, a data-driven analyst with the ability to craft compelling narratives, and a self-motivated leader with the power to inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic brand growth initiatives and comprehensive business plans to enhance brand value and drive revenue.
  • Stay ahead of market trends by closely monitoring consumer behavior, customer needs, and market dynamics, and continuously assess the performance of business operations and marketing strategies.
  • Craft and execute communication strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to resonate with Chinese consumers, aiming to spur business expansion.
  • Oversee the development and management of the brand portfolio and collaborate with both global and local teams to foster strong innovation pipeline.
  • Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently to meet P&L metrics and objectives.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, motivate project teams, and oversee external agencies to optimize performance.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team as a great line manager.
  • Facilitate the exchange of successful strategies and practices across the global organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading the development and execution of brand strategies and business plans.
  • Exceptional skills in brand communication and innovation development
  • Skillful at digital and social driven marketing, and adept at driving e-commerce business.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, including consumer data, shopper behavior, and category trend interpretation.
  • Experience in working within multi-functional and cross-geographical teams, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and global/regional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated budget planning and management expertise.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably with a management trainee background, recent experience in a people leadership role is also required.
