As a Brand Financial Analyst on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:

Interact with franchisees on pre- and post-training activities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business KPIs, identify trends, and explain variances between budgeted and actual performance.

Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and concise financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.

Payment Processing: Collaborate with the National Accounts Team to ensure accurate and timely payments to franchise owners.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to national account customers and resolve payment-related issues with franchisees.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement new financial analysis tools and models to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

(Required qualifications)

Experience: One to three years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.

Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and identify key trends.

Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication (both written and verbal) with diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sense of humor.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business is required, finance or accounting preferred
