Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Brand Experience Producer (Contractor) for EMEA, you will lead the planning, creative development, and execution of the Arc’teryx Winter Experience Tour: a series of immersive events that bring core mountain culture to the heart of major European cities.
This role sits at the intersection of experiential production, cultural programming, and event operations. You are an exceptional organizer with strong creative instincts, capable of managing complex productions across multiple markets and turning ambitious ideas into best-in-class guest experiences that authentically connect winter sports, mountain culture, community, and creativity.
While the Winter Experience Tour will be the primary focus of this role, you will also support the planning and execution of other key Arc’teryx brand experiences and community activations across the EMEA region as needed.
As a Contractor you'll work Full-time, 40 hours/week (including some weekends during events) and report to the Senior Manager, Brand Experience EMEA. This role is preliminary based in Paris, London or Berlin.

The EMEA Brand Experience team is responsible for creating pinnacle brand moments across the region. We work closely with cross-functional partners including Community Marketing, Brand Communications, Sports Marketing, Creative, Operations, Content, Retail and Digital teams, as well as global counterparts, to deliver integrated brand experiences.
Together, we create meaningful connections between the Arc’teryx brand, mountain culture, and a growing community of guests through innovative experiences that inspire participation and belonging.
If you were the Brand Experience, Producer (Contractor) now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Lead the production and delivery of the Arc’teryx Winter Experience Tour across three major European cities, in collaboration with a team of Community Marketing Managers.
Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop culturally relevant experiences and creative collateral.
Translate strategic and creative concepts into cutting-edge guest experiences, ensuring every activation is executed to the highest standard.
Own project workstreams, driving clarity, alignment, timelines, and accountability across a broad group of stakeholders.
Lead all overarching operational, logistical, and budget aspects of the event series production, seamlessly managing venue coordination, staffing, supplier networks, and on-site delivery."
Shape and oversee the guest journey across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience before, during, and after each event.
Lead the event digital ecosystem, including registration platforms, landing pages, communications, and promotional plans.
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with agencies, production vendors, and cultural partners to drive collaboration and maintain creative excellence across the project lifecycle.
Brief and guide Creative teams to develop compelling assets and content
Support the planning and execution of additional Arc’teryx brand experiences, athlete events, community activations, and regional marketing initiatives across EMEA.
Support measurement, reporting, and insights gathering to inform future tour development and broader brand experience strategy.
Are you our next Brand Experience Producer (Contractor) - EMEA?
You have a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
You have 5+ years of experience producing large-scale experiential, cultural, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle events.
You have experience leading complex projects from concept through execution, ideally within touring, experiential, or multi-market environments.
You are highly organized and thrive managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
You understand Arc’teryx brand positioning and its dymanics across the countries it operates.
You bring strong creative imput and are comfortable directing creative partners to attain premium results
You understand how to build culturally relevant experiences that connect brands with communities in impactful ways.
You’re a natural collaboarorand can effectively guide stakeholders from different functions, through clear communication and strong leadership.
You understand the importance of the full guest journey, and how digital and physical experiences intertwine
You are fluent in English and proficient in another European language (French or German preferred).
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by bringing complex projects to life.

Skills Required
