We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Brand Experience Manager who is passionate about bringing brands to life through memorable customer experiences. This role blends creative thinking with operational excellence, offering the opportunity to work across brand campaigns, experiential marketing, retail activations, events, content creation, and customer engagement initiatives.

As a Brand Experience Manager, you will transform strategic concepts into impactful experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing brand initiatives while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's vision and delivers exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy balancing creativity with execution and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging brand experiences across campaigns, product launches, events, retail environments, and customer touchpoints.
  • Convert creative concepts into detailed execution plans, including timelines, budgets, production requirements, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
  • Plan and manage brand activations, experiential campaigns, workshops, community events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, production partners, venues, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support content creation through photography, videography, short-form content, and basic editing for digital and social media platforms.
  • Manage on-ground execution of events, retail experiences, pop-ups, installations, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate customer interactions and social media responses while ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory, production schedules, manpower planning, permissions, and event documentation.
  • Track project progress, monitor budgets, and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
  • Document campaign outcomes through reports, photos, videos, customer feedback, and post-event analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, social media formats, creative technologies, and experiential branding practices.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and business teams to deliver consistent and impactful brand experiences.

Skills Required

  • 1+ years experience in brand management, experiential marketing, campaign execution, or event management
  • Ability to develop and execute brand experiences, activations, and events end-to-end
  • Project management, coordination, and strong organizational skills (timelines, budgets, production, vendor coordination)
  • On-ground event execution and logistics management (manpower planning, permissions, inventory)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with content creation (photography, videography) and basic editing for digital/social
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Canva, project management tools, social media publishing platforms, or AI-powered creative tools
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
