Job Description :

Havas Blvd is looking for a Brand Experience Lead to join our Sydney team and help shape the next chapter of our experiential offering.

We're looking for someone who understands that the best events don't feel like events at all - they feel like experiences. The kind of person who notices the details nobody else does. The guest journey. The first impression. The lighting. The flow. The moment everyone pulls out their phone. The thing people talk about on the flight home.

At Havas Blvd, we create experiences for some of Australia's biggest and most exciting brands across automotive, FMCG, travel, lifestyle and entertainment. From large-scale public activations and launches to premium corporate events and integrated campaigns, we help brands show up in ways that people genuinely want to engage with.

We're now looking for a Brand Experience Lead to join our Sydney team.

This is a role for someone who loves the craft of experiential marketing. Someone who enjoys the creative process as much as the delivery. Someone who can confidently present an idea to a client in the morning and be on-site solving problems in steel caps that afternoon.

If you've ever walked through an activation and immediately started mentally redesigning it, we should probably talk.

The Role

As Brand Experience Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality brand experiences across a wide range of clients and categories.

You’ll work closely with our internal team, clients, suppliers and agency partners across PR, social, content, design and above-the-line to create work that is integrated, creatively strong and beautifully executed.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be involved in the thinking, the making, the problem-solving and the detail. You’ll need to be just as comfortable presenting to a client as you are walking a site, reviewing creative, managing production timelines or working through the realities of permits, budgets, suppliers and logistics.

There will also be domestic travel, with projects taking you to different parts of Australia depending on the brief.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead the development and delivery of brand experiences from concept through to execution, working closely with clients, suppliers and our integrated teams across PR, social, content, design and digital.

You'll help shape creative responses to briefs, build strong client relationships and ensure every project is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Some days you'll be pitching a big new idea. Some days you'll be reviewing floorplans, managing budgets or navigating supplier negotiations. Some days you'll find yourself in a regional part of Australia helping bring a brand experience to life against a backdrop that's far more exciting than an office wall.

No two weeks look exactly the same, which is exactly how we like it.

About You

You're probably an experienced Senior Producer, Brand Experience Manager or Experience Lead who knows how to balance creativity with execution.

You understand that great experiences don't happen by accident. They're built through strong ideas, meticulous planning, great relationships and a healthy ability to stay calm when things don't go according to plan.

You're confident in front of clients, comfortable presenting work and genuinely enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines.

Most importantly, you care about the quality of the work. You sweat the details, push for better and get a genuine kick out of seeing an idea come to life.

Why Havas Blvd?

Because we connect brands and people through experiences that are meaningful and memorable.

We're a team of curious thinkers, producers, designers, content creators, strategists and problem-solvers who love creating work that gets noticed for the right reasons.

You'll work across a fantastic portfolio of brands, travel to some incredible locations around Australia, mentor emerging talent and help shape the future of our Brand Experience offering.

And yes, you'll work hard, but you'll also work alongside genuinely good people who care about the work, care about each other and aren't afraid to have some fun along the way.

At Havas, one of our core beliefs is simple:

Deliberately Different.

If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.
