The Opportunity
Casinostugan is one of Sweden’s most beloved and well-known iGaming brands. We are looking for a Brand Executive to play a pivotal role in driving our operational excellence.
You will be the engine room of our Brand Team, focusing on translating brand strategy into concrete project plans and ensuring we deliver with high quality across all channels. About the Role
As the Brand Executive for Casinostugan, you are the bridge between strategic intent and live execution. While you ensure our collaboration model is followed, you are also a "doer" who owns the brand's operational output. You are responsible for ensuring our site and CRM channels are always optimized, updated, and aligned with our brand DNA.
What does a typical day look like?
You are the creative engine's mechanic and its operator. Your daily responsibilities include:
● Marketing Collaboration: Work with in-house teams to deliver CRM campaigns and all marketing channel optimization.
● Site Updates & Presentation: You are responsible for the brand's "front window," managing onsite updates and ensuring the site presentation matches our current focus and quality standards.
● Active Creative Sync: You don't just schedule meetings; you participate in joint syncs to collaborate on the material creation itself, providing an operational lens to the design process.
● Briefing & Quality Control: You act as the gatekeeper for "Good Briefs," ensuring every task has the necessary purpose, format, and priority before execution begins.
● Channel Optimization: You work proactively to optimize how our brand is distributed across channels, making real-time adjustments based on performance.
● Capacity & Workflow Management: You actively monitor the team's workload, making the call to say "no" or "not now" to protect the quality of our output.
Who are you?
You are a creative problem solver who finds beauty in a well-oiled machine. You understand that for a brand to be effective, clear ownership and structured goals are non-negotiable.
Key Qualifications:
● Process-Driven: You have a "builder" mindset when it comes to workflows and are comfortable enforcing structures to help a team succeed.
● Experience: 3+ years in a project management, brand operations, or CRM role, preferably within iGaming or a fast-paced agency environment.
● KPI Focused: You link all work to clear, measurable outcomes and help the team understand the "why" behind every task.
● Communicator: You are a proactive communicator who can manage stakeholders and maintain alignment across different departments.
● Language: Fluent in English and Swedish; native-level Swedish is preferred to ensure cultural pinpoint-accuracy for the Casinostugan audience.
