Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Brand Executive Consultant to be our "boots on the ground" in Ontario,  supporting the brand's presence and user experience for www.comeon.com/ca. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement in campaign setup and execution. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our end-users in the Ontario market.

As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for the execution of deliverables aligned with the brand vision and strategy set by the Brand Operations Manager. You'll be a real doer, ensuring our site content is always fresh and relevant to the Ontario audience. Being part of a fast-paced environment excites you, and you thrive on new challenges, particularly those that involve direct engagement with the local market and understanding competitor landscapes.

 Scope of Engagement:

  • Assisting the Brand Operations Manager with creating the monthly CRM campaign plan specific to the Ontario market and independently following up on results, collaborating with the BI team.
  • Coordinating campaign briefs and requests according to agreed timelines for Ontario-specific initiatives.
  • Using internal and third-party provider platforms to create campaign-specific pages and promotions, ensuring correct groups, segments, and offers are used for the Ontario audience, and relevant sections of
    www.comeon.com/ca are updated as per plans.
  • Updating content (e.g., text & resources) on
    www.comeon.com/ca to ensure it is always fresh and up-to-date for the Ontario market.
  • Creating and publishing engaging copy, adhering to the brand tone of voice, specifically for customer communication to encourage new and existing players in Ontario to engage with the site and participate in promotions.
  • Managing and executing the brand's communication delivery for Ontario – accurately and as per given timelines. This includes setting up, testing, sending, tracking, and reporting on email, SMS, and push campaigns.
  • Establishing solid communication channels with central operations to inform them about planned Ontario campaigns to ensure synergy.
  • Creating a clear cross-vertical focus for each quarter to ensure stakeholders understand the strategic and local direction of the brand in Ontario.
  • Assisting the Country Manager with strategic and brand considerations according to the overall vision for the brand in Ontario.
  • Testing of business metrics for www.comeon.com/ca, ensuring it caters effectively to the Ontario market.
  • Strategic and communications assistance according to the overall brand strategy, with a focus on Ontario.

About you:

  • You possess a strong understanding of the Canadian, specifically Ontario, market and consumer behavior within the iGaming industry.
  • You are a proactive and independent individual,  able to travel as required within Ontario to gather market insights and engage with local opportunities.
  • You think like a customer and have strong experience as a customer on other iGaming sites, with in-depth knowledge of how our competitors’ casino and sportsbook offerings work in Ontario. You will provide input and strive for us to be at least as good or better in every aspect.
  • Previous experience within a similar role within the iGaming industry is a significant plus.
  • Experience using tools like Tableau and marketing platform Emarsys is a great advantage.
  • Impeccable writing and editing skills; mastery of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and experience balancing multiple projects essential.
  • General IT-knowledge: Slack, MS Office, Jira, etc..
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your dialogue and delivery to cater to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines for large, multi-phase projects.
  • 2+ years of iGaming industry experience or in a similar role.
  • Marketing knowledge and/or experience.
