The Role

Job Title: Brand Engagement Coordinator
Position Type: 12+ months Contract (Possible extension or conversion)
Location: New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 30/hr. on W2
Overview:
This role will support the development and execution of A&I initiatives, assisting with influencer programs, and supporting vendor payments and product logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and A&I initiatives, including creator seedings and giftings, ratings and reviews programs, and paid influencer programs.
  • Manage content and creative assets, potentially including tracking and reporting on influencer marketing performance using platforms like Traackr.
  • Facilitate vendor payments, purchase orders, product ordering, and deliveries.
  • Manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Support the team in researching the competitive landscape and updating marketing materials.
  • Assist in preparing for and executing retailer meetings, including sample preparation, gifting, and mock-up deliveries.
