About the team: Affordability at Paytm is an Omni channel team that drives the EMI business at the point of sale, both for online and offline merchants. We partner with various OEMs / brands and merchant partners to offer affordability to the customers
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Onboarding of new brands in CDIT (Mobiles and Laptops) and NCDIT categories for enabling affordability solution from the brand on Paytm ecosystem.
2. Manage the existing onboarded account end to end and take ownership of business growth.
3. Actively liaisons with internal stakeholders and brands for strategic/ exclusive initiatives with the brand to gather a competitive edge for brands' offerings on the Paytm ecosystem.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies in brand offer configuration, reconciliation, and brand-related processes, such as faster activation of offers on merchants.
5. Be a brand ambassador for Paytm – Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!

3. Alliance experience in the Payments/ EMI industry preferred
