About the Role
Agentio needs a cohesive visual identity and design system that scales across every touchpoint—product, sales, marketing, events. Today, brand execution is fragmented: there is no design system, no brand governance, and the tools we use are inconsistent. This role builds the foundation.
As Agentio’s first Brand Design Lead, you’ll create the scalable design system that ensures brand consistency from product UI to pitch deck to paid ad to event experience. You’ll partner with product design to ensure brand and product feel cohesive, leverage AI-powered design workflows to increase velocity and quality, and roll up your sleeves to execute across every channel. This is a builder role: you’ll set up the infrastructure, produce the work, and elevate Agentio’s visual brand to match the sophistication of our platform and buyer expectations.
What You’ll Do
Design Systems & Brand InfrastructureBuild and maintain a scalable B2B design system—typography, color, components, templates, and guidelines—that ensures brand consistency across product UI, sales materials, marketing assets, and events.
Evolve the visual identity in partnership with external brand guidelines deliverables; drive cohesion and governance as the brand matures.
Partner with and influence product design to ensure brand and product experience feel cohesive; understand where brand and product design intersect and diverge.
Elevate Agentio’s visual brand to match the sophistication of the platform and the expectations of enterprise buyers.
Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative tools, templating automation) to increase velocity and quality of output.
Build templates and scalable assets that empower non-designers across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to produce on-brand work.
Execution Across All Channels
Bring the brand to life hands-on across sales enablement (deck templates, one-pagers, leave-behinds), content (blog graphics, social, video), event materials (experiences, signage, swag), paid advertising creative, and executive/thought-leadership visuals.
Be the first dedicated design hire—set up infrastructure, produce work directly, and build the function as the team scales.
What You Need
Foundational brand design leader who thinks in systems: You’ve built or significantly evolved a B2B brand identity—not just executed within one. You think at the system level: scalable, governed, and consistent.
Strong portfolio showing strategy and execution: Your work spans brand identity, design systems, and guidelines alongside hands-on campaign assets, sales materials, event design, and digital ads.
Product design partnership: You’ve partnered with product design teams and influenced visual direction without direct authority; you understand where brand and product design intersect.
AI-forward design vision: You have a clear point of view on integrating AI-enabled design workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative tools, templating automation) and how AI changes the design function.
Builder mentality: You’re excited to be the first dedicated design hire—setting up infrastructure, producing work directly, and building the team over time.
B2B experience strongly preferred: You understand ICP empathy and enterprise buyer-facing design—credibility, clarity, and data/workflow visualization—vs. consumer aesthetics.
A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.
