About Us

Let’s go on an adventure together!

Hey there, we’re G Adventures. We’re one of the world’s leading small group travel companies, and we’ve always believed that travel isn’t just about where you go — it’s about how it changes you.

For the last 35 years, we’ve set out to do things differently. No cookie-cutter tours. No giant buses or cruise ships. And not to mention, as few selfie sticks as possible. Just real humans, travelling your heart out across the world with open minds and a non-stop desire to make our planet better, simply by exploring it.

At G Adventures, our DNA (or GNA, if you will) is built on belonging — where bringing your authentic self to work every day isn’t just accepted, it’s downright celebrated. For our office crew — you wanna rock a t-shirt with your dog’s face on it? We say go for it. For our Chief Experience Officers —  you wanna hit the road and call some of the most epic places on Earth your home office? We love that — and we’ve got you. Wanna spend your days with people you genuinely like? Us too — and we’re pretty sure you’ll fit right in, wherever that is.

Now about that career of yours — this is the kind of place where you can spread your wings and truly grow into your role. The best part? You get to do it all alongside a passionate, freakishly talented, one-of-a-kind bunch excited to produce top-notch work and spread a ridiculous amount of goodness at the same time.

Feel like this could be the right fit? We think so too, and we’re already way too excited to meet you.

Do you notice bad kerning from across the room? Feel oddly proud of a perfectly balanced layout? Want to design for a brand that doesn’t play it safe? Hi. We should talk.

We’re on the hunt for a Brand Designer with a strong graphic design foundation and a serious love for craft. This role is all about brand—typography, layout, colour, and composition—plus confident experience working with photography as a core storytelling tool. You’ll help evolve a flexible, fun, and globally consistent visual identity while designing real work that shows up everywhere our brand lives.

You’re a thinker and a maker: someone who can zoom out to big brand ideas, then zoom way in to make sure the type sings, the spacing breathes, and the work actually works.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design brand-first creative across print, digital, social, experiential, and performance marketing—from global campaigns and product launches to regional adaptations and always-on brand assets.

  • Create work that’s grounded in strong fundamentals: typography, layout, colour, composition, and detail-driven craft.

  • Select and apply on-brand photography, integrating imagery thoughtfully into layouts to support storytelling and maintain visual consistency.

  • Create custom visual marks—logos, wordmarks, and campaign looks—that rely on strong typography, creative thinking, and a playful approach, all while staying true to the brand.

  • Lead design projects from concept through execution, including print production and final delivery.

  • Build, evolve, and apply brand identity systems, balancing consistency with flexibility and play.
Translate big ideas into practical, scalable design solutions, from campaign treatments to social content and select performance assets.

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual integrity across all touchpoints and confidently spotting when something’s just a tiny bit off.
Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional partners on campaigns, social content, performance needs, and experiential work such as events and tradeshows, and on trip branding.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but a portfolio showing your skills is way more important.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Art Director on either the in-house or agency side, we’re not picky.

  • Fluent in Adobe suite (your friends are Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). Other software knowledge is great, too! We love After Effects, Figma, and Google Docs/Slides/etc.

  • Illustration skills are a bonus.

  • Confidence in presenting work to our immediate team and other stakeholders. We don’t bite! And Chris probably isn’t listening anyway.

  • You have strong time-management skills and can juggle multiple projects and stakeholder feedback while remaining flexible through revisions and competing priorities.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Bring fresh and creative ideas to every project.

  • Look for opportunities to bring the brand to life that goes beyond the brief.

  • Are a resourceful and creative problem solver.

  • Ability to concept and design quickly and share progress openly and frequently.

  • Attention to all the details. You’re like a detail detective, and you’re always hot on the trail.

Please note: This is not a UX/UI role. Although we love the web team and collaborate with them, we do not work on the web side of things.

Required: a strong 360° portfolio spanning across channels, from digital, to print, and experiential. Showcasing typography, brand systems, campaigns, and social media.
