Our AI agent helps businesses handle even the trickiest, high-stakes customer support queries safely and effectively, all while giving them the visibility and control they need to trust the outcomes.

We’re a small but mighty team of builders from leading companies like Monzo, Pleo, Braze and Revolut. Our headquarters are in London but we're actively hiring in NYC as well. This role can be based in either location.

🌟 As our Brand Designer you will...
  • Differentiate Gradient Labs with our visual identity. Use our established brand but don’t be afraid to push beyond it. Our product is better than our competitors, so our branding needs to be better than theirs too. However it also needs to be different.

  • Own design for our website, event branding, social media, digital ads, OOH, sales decks, presentations, and physical goods.

  • Work directly in Framer to design and update our website. Haven't used it? No worries - it's intuitive and similar to Figma, so we'll expect you to dive in and learn quickly.

  • Translate creative concepts into cohesive, high-quality work that feels unmistakably us.

  • Flex into product design when needed (likewise, our product designers will support you when needed)

  • Deliver high-visibility work that balances creative flair with pixel-perfect execution.

  • Keep our design files and asset libraries organized so we can move fast without losing track of quality.

🌟 We’re looking someone who has…
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in an agency or in-house environment.

  • Exceptional craft. You obsess over quality and details, and it shows in everything you create.

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to execute campaigns across a wide range of digital mediums and physical touchpoints (ie billboards, swag, posters)

  • You can design with performance in mind and thrive in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.

  • You have strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • You're actively experimenting with AI tools to enhance your workflows, but you have the taste to distinguish signal from noise.

  • A bias for action. You don’t wait for permission to make something great.

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience in B2B tech, startups, or AI companies is a plus. You're drawn to innovation and building brands in fast-paced technical environments.

  • Motion/animation skills would be lovely but aren't required.
