What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative, and creative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bringing ideas to life across a range of media, including print, packaging, digital, and everything in between.
As our in-house designer, you'll work closely with Brand Managers and the Head of Creative to craft on-brand, on-strategy visuals that resonate and inspire. From eye-catching digital campaigns to engaging packaging, you'll help shape the look, feel, and voice of our brand.

What You'll Do
- Bring concepts to life through print, digital content, and more.
- Ensure every design aligns with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.
- Support new product innovation with compelling mockups, promotional materials, and packaging.
- Design digital assets including web banners, social media graphics, digital ads, and simple animations.
- Create on-brand materials for in-store displays, events, and omni-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative for presentations and cross-functional needs.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design-editorial, brand, or consumer-focused is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of identity, packaging, and digital work.
- Experience in the CPG or food industry (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Microsoft Office, and tools like Asana.
- Motion graphics or light animation skills (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- A strong grasp of layout, typography, and storytelling across print and digital.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The targeted compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 with a bonus target. Our philosophy is to typically hire near the midpoint of the range to set candidates up for success and growth.
