As a Brand & Marketing Designer at Hiive you will bring our campaigns and communications to life. You’ll be our go-to visual expert for everything from ad creative and landing pages to sales collateral and social content. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Director, Creative to turn our brand strategy into stunning, effective assets and help evolve the brand along the way.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Execute across a range of marketing design needs: display ads (animated and static), digital campaigns, landing pages, email templates, social media visuals and video, pitch decks, one-pagers, and more

• Translate brand guidelines into bold, differentiated creative that makes us stand out in our industry

• Help bring new brand systems to life as we evolve our visual identity

• Collaborate with marketers and product teams to deliver assets that perform

• Iterate on templates and design systems that enable scalable execution

• Maintain a high bar for craft and clarity while working with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a brand, marketing, or visual design role (agency or in-house)

• A portfolio that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and systems thinking across digital and print, including display/social ads, web pages, presentations

• Experience designing static and animated creative for digital marketing campaigns, growth experiments and sales enablement material

• Proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe CC (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)

• Comfortable working in a startup environment — fast-paced, iterative, resourceful

• Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with paid marketing channels and performance metrics

• Experience launching and expanding an identity system after a brand evolution

• Experience and interest in B2B, Fintech/finance, or private markets

• Experience with motion design and/or 3D tools such as After Effects, Blender etc.

• Experience designing web experiences with tools such as webflow/framer

• Experience building illustration and iconography systems

• Experience with photography and/or video production/editing
