Help Us Change the Way the World Works

Build something that matters.

Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.

About the Role

At Langdock, design is not decoration. It is how we earn trust. Humans extrapolate quality from what they can see, which means every touchpoint matters: the website, the slides, the office, the merch, the event space, the email someone gets before a dinner. All of it is Langdock.

This role is for someone who thinks about brand as a complete experience. You care as much about the hoodie people wear to a conference as you do about the landing page they land on afterward. You can move between Figma and a brief to a print vendor without losing momentum. And you are technical enough to ship what you design without having to hand it off.

What You Will Do
  • Own and evolve the design system. You maintain the components, tokens, and visual patterns that everything else is built on. When something new is needed, you design it and make it reusable so others can work without you.

  • Keep our website excellent. Fast, visually sharp, and capable of whatever the team needs. You handle the visual and frontend side without a ticket queue.

  • Design merch that people actually want to own. Not branded giveaways. Objects people reach for. You brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make calls on quality. You know the difference between merch that represents the brand and merch that dilutes it.

  • Shape physical spaces. The office, event setups, and conference booths. You think about how a room feels, what it says about us, and how to make people feel something when they walk in.

  • Lead special creative projects. Launch moments, high-visibility campaigns, and one-off collaborations (like our print version of the “AI Adoption Playbook”). You own them end-to-end.

What Makes This Different

The Langdock brand lives online and offline, and someone needs to hold both with the same level of care.

You will also have real creative latitude. What should a Langdock event feel like when someone walks in? What does the merch say about who we are? You bring a point of view, and you make it real.

And because we are small, you will see the impact of your work directly and quickly. A well-designed dinner space, a piece of merch that people keep, a website update that converts better.

You Might Be a Fit If…
  • You have 5+ years of design experience, best case with product and UX work behind you. You have shipped digital products, websites, or flows that people actually used, and you have the intuition to look at a screen and know what is off.

  • You think about brand as a full experience. You have opinions about physical materials, spatial design, and what objects say about a company.

  • You are strong in Figma (and best case: comfortable in code). You have shipped things that look good in production, not just in a mockup.

  • You have taste, and you can defend it. You know what good looks like, and you push back when something is not there yet. You work well with ambiguity, and when a project comes without a brief, you figure out what it should be and make it.

  • You live and breathe the AI space. You follow the up-and-coming startups, you track where design is heading, and you use AI tools daily to move faster without cutting corners.

  • You are a kind person who cares about the people around you.

The Environment

We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.

Days start at 8:30. Lunch & dinner are together. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.

The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.

Compensation

Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. All roles include equity.

We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.

Next steps

We move fast. Most processes complete within two weeks.

If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in Figma
  • Ability to work with HTML and CSS
  • Experience in physical merchandise design
