Role summaryWe are seeking a Brand Creative (Art) with strong visual storytelling, filmic thinking, and AI-assisted creative skills to help shape contemporary brand expression for international markets. This role sits within our in-house creative team and focuses on developing visual ideas, exploring creative directions, and bringing concepts to life across campaigns, products, and brand touchpoints.
This role is ideal for mid–senior visual creatives who combine strong aesthetic judgment with modern production fluency, including motion, film, and AIGC-enabled workflows.
What you'll work on- Develop visual ideas and creative directions for campaigns across OOH, digital, social, OLV, and emerging formats
- Explore and define visual storytelling approaches using film, motion, 3D, and AI-assisted tools
- Translate financial products, market insights, and platform features into clear, engaging, and visually compelling creative work
- Collaborate closely with narrative strategists, designers, and product teams to deliver ideas from concept to execution
- Art-direct and contribute to filmic, motion, and AI-assisted outputs, from idea development through production
- Experiment with AIGC workflows to accelerate ideation, visualization, and creative exploration
- Help evolve brand visual standards and art direction principles, while pushing creative quality forward
- Balance brand storytelling with performance awareness, adapting visuals for different channels and audiences
RequirementsRequired qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, film, motion, or visual creative roles
- Experience across creative agencies, production studios, content creation companies, digital media platforms, or in-house brand teams
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual ideation, filmic storytelling, motion design, or AI-assisted creative work
- Hands-on working knowledge of AIGC tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is required, with examples of real-world use
- Strong fluency in motion, film, and visual storytelling workflows, including collaboration with editors, animators, or post-production teams
- Experience contributing to multi-channel campaigns, with an understanding of how visuals adapt across platforms
- Ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter into accessible, visually engaging ideas
- Confidence presenting visual concepts and creative thinking to internal partners
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, motion and film tools)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Design & Art Direction: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
- Motion & Film: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent)
- 3D / Spatial: Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar (working knowledge)
- AIGC Tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, Veo, Comfyui, Stable Diffusion / video tools
Depth across every tool is not expected; creative fluency and thoughtful application matter more than mastery.
