PeopleCert is looking for an experienced and strategic Brand & Corporate Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of brand-driven campaigns and initiatives that shape and elevate our corporate identity.

This role will focus on brand communications - including corporate brand, employer brand, and CSR - ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.

This role will work cross-functionally to build brand awareness, enhance reputation, and drive engagement across internal and external audiences.


As Brand & Corporate Communications Manager, your tasks will be the following:

  • Lead the strategy and rollout of brand-focused campaigns, including corporate, employer brand, and CSR initiatives.
  • Develop, refine and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Shape and manage the brand narrative through storytelling and content aligned with business priorities and values.
  • Partner with creative, HR, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, brand-aligned communication initiatives.
  • Monitor brand perception and public sentiment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Manage brand communications across channels to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and engagement metrics; report insights and recommend improvements.
  • Support internal communications that reinforce culture and brand advocacy.

What we look for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand communications, either in-house or within a creative/advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns — including employer brand and CSR efforts.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage high-impact, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (C2 certification desired — LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL is a plus); additional languages welcome.
  • Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advanced certification is desirable.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
