This job is accountable for brand building in small or medium-sized local markets in line with global brand strategies.
What You Will DoDeveloping, executing and tracking the Marketing Plan of the portfolio under his/her responsibilities to deliver sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and profit targets (both in short and long term).
Leverage on consumer and shopper insights to develop product and commercial innovations to develop competitive advantages and win consumer preference.
Identify opportunities in current portfolio to win in the marketplace.
Establish collaborative relationships with Country Managers and Commercial Partners, Business Logistics, Product Development and Product Supply peers.
At least 3 years of experience and proven skills on retail, marketing, financials & business processes.
Capable of developing collaborative relations with multifunctional peers driving positive change.
Availability to work in a temporary role for 9 months.
