We are looking for a Passionate Marketing/Commercial Coordinator with one to three years of experience and proven skills on retail, marketing, financials & business processes; capable of developing collaborative relations with multifunctional peers driving positive change. 

 

What You Will Do

 

The Marketing Coordinator for Consumer Tissue Central America will be responsible of:

a) Developing, executing and tracking the Marketing Plan of the portfolio under his/her responsibilities to deliver sales growth, Market share, Brand Building and profit targets (both in short and long term).

b) Leverage on consumer and shopper insights to develop product and commercial innovations to develop competitive advantages and win consumer preference.

d) Identify opportunities in current portfolio to win in the marketplace.

e) Establish collaborative relationships with Country Managers and Commercial Partners, Business Logistics, Product Development and Product Supply peers.

Who You Are

 

The desire candidate should have proven evidence of the following skills:

a) Knowledge on Market Measurements (Market Share, Sales Fundamentals, Household Panel, etc.)

b) Exposure to consumer and customer insights development

c) Knowledge of consumer markets context in Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica.

d) Price strategy management/tools.

e) Microsoft office programs (Excel, power point, etc). And experience working with KANTAR and Nielsen.

f) Advanced English level.
