What You’ll Be Doing
As an Organic Content Creator, you will:

  1. Independently Lead a Social Channel: Craft engaging content that aligns with Opal's mission to help people focus better, driving brand awareness and installs with a strong emphasis on ADHD, attention, and neurodiversity.

  2. Engage with Our Community: Actively interact with our users on the social channel, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive online environment.

  3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our Social Media Manager and Growth Lead teams to align social media efforts with business goals, including driving website traffic and increasing app downloads.


What You Bring

  • Creator Experience: You’ve built an engaged audience on at least one social platform with content that performs, ideally as an ADHD-focused creator.

  • Lived Perspective: Personal, ongoing experience with ADHD and the ability to speak credibly about it from lived experience.

  • Creative Instincts: You craft high-impact short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, and clear storytelling.

  • Trend Awareness: You’re fluent in U.S. internet culture and can adapt trends in a way that feels original to your niche

  • Performance Mindset: You use analytics to quickly iterate and improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Community Focus: You love turning viewers into loyal followers through active engagement.

  • Ownership & Teamwork: You move fast with autonomy, while collaborating closely with a small, ambitious team aligned with Opal's mission.
