POSITION OVERVIEW
The Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding guests through the vehicle purchase process with clarity, confidence, and hospitality.
This is not a pressure-based sales role. It’s a consultative, relationship-driven position where preparation, follow-up, and integrity win long term. You’ll work with a strong leadership team, structured processes, and steady traffic in a market that values trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist guests in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Present features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross objectives
- Deliver a seamless handoff to F&I and service teams
- Maintain deep knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac product lines
