RC Coffee is where coffee, beverages, and technology come together. We are building a modern coffee experience through automated kiosks that make quality coffee and specialty beverages more convenient at workplaces, campuses, hospitals, retail locations, and busy community spaces.
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on marketer who is ready to take ownership, build local awareness, and help grow a brand from the ground up.
You are comfortable visiting locations, talking to customers, supporting events, capturing content, helping launch new kiosks, and finding practical ways to get more customers choosing RC Coffee.
What You’ll Do
- Build local awareness through grassroots marketing, sampling, events, and community outreach
- Visit RC Coffee locations to capture content, understand customers, and identify local opportunities
- Support new kiosk launches with local outreach, signage, sampling, and opening-day activations
- Create, engaging social content from real brand moments
- Help plan and execute promotions for new beverages, app downloads, seasonal offers, and customer traffic
- Build relationships with nearby offices, hospitals, campuses, residential buildings, retail partners, and community groups
- Support trade shows, customer demos, sales events, and partner activations
- Track what worked, what did not, and what should improve
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, social media, hospitality, retail, QSR, foodservice, beverage, or local store marketing
- Outgoing, reliable, organized, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable being in the field and representing the brand
- Able to create photos, video, and social media content and integrate AI within work streams
- Willing to travel within the GTA and support occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, launches, or trade shows
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar tools
What Success Looks Like
- Increased customer traffic and cup sales across RC Coffee locations
- Growth in app downloads, repeat visits, and promotional redemptions
- Consistent local activations, sampling events, and community partnerships
- On-time execution of kiosk launches, trade shows, and sales events
- Regular social content captured from locations, products, customers, and events
- Clear tracking of campaign results, customer feedback, and local opportunities
This role is ideal for a marketer who wants to be close to the customer, close to the product, and close to the action with the opportunity to grow as RC Coffee expands.
