The Role

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional to join our team reporting to the Brand Manager. You will play an important part in supporting Public Relations and Influencer strategies, leading market research initiatives in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (COE) team, and assisting with business operations and monthly reporting.

What you will do:

  • Deliver Marketing Communications programs with key support being Public Relations and Influencer Marketing programs that drive brand objectives.
    • Project management of influencer contracts, evaluating performance and suggesting optimizations.
    • Support on key PR programs such as events, press releases, etc.
    • Keep the shopper/consumer at the heart of all ideas & executions.
  • Brand Insights & Analysis
    • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and Shopper Insights team to analyze consumer behavior, uncover trends and support optimizations to marketing tactics.
    • Support business reporting needs monthly & on an ad hoc basis.
  • Business Operations Support.
    • Manage development of new product minis/samples, artwork changes, ordering product for specific programs, etc.
    • Collaborate with Project Management, Innovation Teams & Supply Chain
  • Ad Hoc Marketing Plan Support.
    • Community Management.
    • Organic Social Posting.
    • Competitive Analyses.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a strategic outlook.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
