The Brand and Content Marketing Coordinator will work directly with a Pan-Regional Marketing Team, providing support on all brand and content marketing strategies and tactics for Sony Pictures Entertainment on all lines of business in Brazil and South Cone, with a special focus on planning and executing campaigns, materials and projects to increase brand awareness and maximize product opportunities. The role requires knowledge of marketing campaigns, asset and media planning, the ability to evaluate costs and efficiencies across media vehicles, and strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and metrics.
Responsibility
- Support and help coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish: briefs, targeting and segmentation, asset development, execution and reporting
- Help with the campaign’s creative processes in conjunction with internal teams and agencies for special projects.
- Help create go-to market and post-mortem decks on campaign results that analyze patterns and drive campaign optimization.
- Collaborate actively with internal teams to drive information gathering and data analysis efforts to drive future enhancement of campaigns, and support revenue streams based on business strategy.
- Help track on and offline campaign activities from different media placements
- Help track the marketing budget, create vendors, create PO’s and follow up on invoices and payments
- Coordinate local content productions and special activations (events, influencers, etc), in addition to premiums’ inventories and POP Materials and logistics involving shipping and local events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related field. MBA is a plus
Help coordinate outside creative vendors and agencies
Fluent level of English and Advanced level of Spanish (written and speaking)
Intermediate communication skills in both oral and written
Strong attention to detail and organization
A team player and self-motivated
Ability to multitask and effectively function in an ever-changing business environment
