The Global Brand & Content Director is responsible for driving brand awareness and fostering long-term brand preference across diverse global markets. This role ensures consistency in brand expression across countries, develops a compelling and differentiated content strategy, and supports Pluxee’s position as a trusted leader within the Employee Benefits & Engagement sector.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1.Brand Strategy
- Define steps of the brand strategy and oversee the ongoing activation of the Pluxee brand, ensuring coherent execution across all markets and touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices for global and local execution.
2. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Lead the development of a robust content strategy that supports brand positioning.
- Define content themes, oversee narrative development and set up the execution editorial calendars.
- Define medium term evolution of thought leadership plans.
3. Digital Engagement
- Lead digital brand engagement through the strategic use of web, social media, and owned content platforms.
- Oversee social media content and strategy, ensuring strong global storytelling with room for local amplification.
4. Coordination with markets
- Animate and support country-level brand and content teams to ensure the effective local execution of global strategies.
- Provide ongoing guidance, toolkits, and resources to empower local teams while monitoring implementation and effectiveness.
5. Performance & Optimization
- Assess KPIs on brand performance, content effectiveness, and digital engagement.
- Leverage insights, analytics, and market feedback to continuously improve brand and content strategy.

- Track record successfully positioning a global brand and developing content and thought leadership strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, social media, and content marketing best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and design excellence.
- Native-level proficiency in English and French.
