Skills Required
- At least 1 year of customer service and issue resolution support experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Strong customer service, listening, information-gathering, and customer issue comprehension skills.
- Ability to educate customers about technology and mobile banking options.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees.
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate action.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to organize, work independently, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and follow policy guidelines.
- Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Ability to motivate others and support achievement of business objectives.
- Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management, military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
