You’ll be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, pitching top talent to Team Leads, scheduling interviews, and serving as a strong ambassador for Neostella—both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding — for BPO and staffing roles.
• Role focus: Hire for key positions such as Customer Support Specialists, Case Managers, Medical Records Requestors, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and other roles as client needs evolve.
• Sourcing excellence: Use creative sourcing methods to attract active and passive talent across various platforms.
• Candidate experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience — with timely communication, feedback, and transparency.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Team Leads, Delivery Managers, and the People & Engagement team across the U.S. and Colombia to align hiring priorities and resourcing needs.
• Data-driven recruiting: Maintain accurate, detailed candidate records in our ATS and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Adaptability: Jump in where needed — we’re a growing, fast-moving organization where collaboration and flexibility are key.

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a BPO, staffing, or shared services environment
• Experience hiring for the legal industry is preferred but not required
• Proven success managing high-volume pipelines and filling roles across multiple skill sets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating with international teams
• Highly organized with a proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
• B2 level of English or better is required
