About The Role

We are looking for a diligent and organized BPO Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a crucial part of our business process outsourcing strategy, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring seamless workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and coordinating tasks for maximum productivity. This is a salaried, full-time position requiring fluency in English, and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Ensure effective coordination and communication between in-house teams and outsourcing vendors.
• Monitor and manage operational workflows to meet quality standards and performance metrics.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges or escalations in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support for team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BPO or operations coordination role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with business process outsourcing practices and protocols.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for process improvements.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
