We are now looking for a BPM Backend Developer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the backend logic supports the intended business requirements
- Integrate BPM solutions with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases, third-party APIs) to automate workflows and data exchanges
- Develop custom backend logic and tasks (such as service tasks) that extend the BPM platform’s capabilities
- Write custom scripts, Java code, or web services to implement complex business logic where out-of-the-box features may not suffice
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer, or a similar role
- Experience in process development in BPM Platforms (preferably IBM BAW) including relevant certifications, Kafka
- Excellent, certified oral and written communication in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
