The Role

Summary

Support Boucheron Americas PR Coordinator to ensure a strong and impactful brand presence across all PR, celebrities and influencer activations
The PR intern will play an important role within the PR team and will be responsible for supporting brand PR, Celebrity and influencer strategy, and department administrative duties. The PR intern will become a reliable and supportive member of the team, helping not only the PR coordinator, but also the whole of the Communications team, when needed, to ensure success in all activities.

PR, Influence and Celebrities Intern, Americas

BASE PAY: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in upholding Boucheron to the highest standards and brand positioning across all PR & Influence activities – including press, celebrity + influencer activations – to express the singularity of the Maison.
  • Assist with all credit requests, content monitoring and reporting for collection and PR initiatives
  • Assist with various aspects of talent, editors and influencers including guest lists uploads, logistics, transportation and hospitality bookings for the October LA event
  • Assist with putting together all look-books for celebrity dressing, editorial and influencer campaigns
  • Assist with the maintenance of measuring systems and tools to support growth – platforms such as DMR, Lefty, Launchmetrics, and more.
  • Assist with senior executive timelines, schedules, and hospitality bookings and arrangements.
  • Track and compile relevant influencers, talent and editors
  • Track competitors' talent deals
  • Keep track of all the PR documents and databases
  • Create a monthly brand newsletter to be distributed internally
  • Assist on putting together decks for all big activations that the brand has such as award, collections and Oscar's recap
  • Assist with PR stock inventories

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Required Experience:

  • Active student (Preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Or Communications)
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Outlook, Adobe, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry is preferred
  • Enthusiastic self-starter and detail-oriented with the capacity to engage and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed
  • Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature
  • Excels in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional Information
Office requirements:

  • The role will be three days in the office

Reports to: Brand PR Coordinator based in NY office.
