SALARY: $30.6992/hr.
First 12 Months: $30.992/hr.
13-18 Months: $34.7925/hr.
18-24 Months: $36.8391/hr.
24+ Months: $40.9323/hr.
SHIFT: This position is a shift based position. Our bottlers work either a straight midnight shift (11pm-7am) or rotating shift (2 weeks of 7am-3pm followed by 2 weeks of 3pm-11pm, repeating). Shift selection is seniority based, you will initially be assigned based on business needs.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Bottlers are responsible for packaging and shipping our high-quality products to our consumers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, operating complex equipment, contributing to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, and being part of a team first organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate filling and packing equipment, drive forklifts, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety and sanitation practices are always followed
Conduct process quality control checks
Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all products
Clean production lines, work areas or other areas of the facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards
Maintain production safety and quality requirements
Unionized workforce – must stay in good standing on Union Dues
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to continuously stand, bend, twist, and lift items up to 75 pounds and work in physically demanding environments
Highly motivated, self-directed worker that can work by themselves in a fast pace and often loud production environment, but also can work in a team
Must be comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, noisy, or variable environments
Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able and willing to work up to 12-hour days
Ability to climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, and enter confined spaces
Manufacturing experience preferred
Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred
