- Bosch first started in Vietnam with a representative office in 1994. Bosch has its main office in Ho Chi Minh City, with branch offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and a Powertrain Solutions plant in the Dong Nai province to manufacture pushbelt for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) in automobiles. In addition, Bosch operates a software and engineering R&D center (Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd).
- In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam, which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region. Currently four products are available: connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply, and diagnosis module (tank leakage).

Job Description
Working in Laboratory and testing area in Components and Connector Engineering Department – Bosch Automotive R&D Center Vietnam – HCMC
- Develop applications to support and optimize engineering and laboratory workflows.
- Work with C++, Python or Out system (Low code development platform) to develop software solutions.
- Utilize SQL for data management and integration.
- Create Power Apps solutions for process automation and use Power BI to develop dashboards and reports for data visualization.
- Collaborate with engineers and lab personnel to understand process improvement needs.
- Document software and process improvements for future reference.
- Assist with troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Support Test Engineer to do samples preparation and conduct different mechanical and electrical test using analytical equipment.
Qualifications
- Third-year or final-year students currently pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Commitment to a full-time 6-month internship.
- Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases for data storage and management.
- Understanding of embedded systems, particularly Arduino-based development.
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI for automation and visualization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Hands-on and practical approach to development and problem-solving.
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
