Are you ready to expand your knowledge of mobility technologies, engage with industry professionals, and take the next step in your career? Bosch Mobility invites talented students with a passion for the automotive industry to join this exclusive training program!
Led by engineers from Bosch Türkiye, this program provides in-depth insights into electric powertrains, functional safety systems, in-vehicle communication, and advanced engine applications.
Program Details
Duration: 4 weeks – 8 sessions in total
Format:
Hybrid: The first and last sessions will be conducted at our Istanbul-Küçükyalı office.
All other sessions will be conducted online.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive an official certificate.
Program Curriculum
This training program will cover key topics in mobility technologies, including:
Automotive Application & Calibration
• Application & Calibration in the Automotive Industry
Internal Combustion Engines & Fuel Systems
• Gasoline & Diesel Engine Fundamentals
• Fuel Injection Systems
• Diesel & Gasoline Air Systems
• Diesel Aftertreatment
Electric Vehicles & Hybrid Technologies
• EV101: Introduction to Electric Vehicles
• VCU & VCU Calibration for Electric Vehicles
• Basic Principles of Hybrid Systems in Motorized & Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles
• Functional Safety in Electromobility (BEV, MHEV, PHEV)
• High Voltage Storage & Cybersecurity
• Charging Systems
Electric Drive & Power Electronics
• Fundamentals of Electric Machines & Compact Drive Modules (eAxle)
• Control and Fundamentals of Electric Drives & Power Electronics Components
Application Process
Once candidates submit their applications, they will enter the evaluation process. Selected participants will receive invitations and program details via email. All applicants will receive a response, whether positive or not.
Attendance:
• Candidates selected for the program who wish to attend the first and last hybrid sessions in person must travel to Küçükyalı Office in Istanbul at their own expense.
• Participants unable to attend in person can follow these sessions online.

Qualifications
