Boomi Integration Architect

Tarkett Sports is seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect (Boomi) to design and implement seamless integration solutions across our organization. This role is critical in connecting disparate systems and applications to ensure efficient data flow, system interoperability, and optimized business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Boomi integration capabilities and a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of integration to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

What this role will be responsible for:

1. Integration Strategy:

• Develop and execute the integration strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Assess current systems and architectures to identify integration opportunities and challenges.

2. Architectural Design:

• Design end-to-end integration solutions that adhere to best practices and business requirements.
• Create detailed architectural blueprints, specifications, and documentation for integration projects.

3. Technology Evaluation:

• Assess and recommend integration technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging integration technologies.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with application developers, data engineers, and business analysts to gather and implement integration requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and testing of integration solutions.

5. Standards and Best Practices:

• Establish and enforce integration standards and best practices across the organization.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance compliance in all integration projects.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement testing strategies for integration solutions.
• Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy.

7. Problem Resolution:

• Diagnose and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve challenges encountered during integration projects.

8. Capacity Planning:

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, middleware, ETL, and messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud integration platforms and services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead integration initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Boomi Platform (required).
• Boomi certifications (e.g., Developer, Architect, Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Experience with other integration technologies such as MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with industry standards like REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database systems.
• Project management skills to oversee integration initiatives.
