What You’ll Own as a Bookkeeper:
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance across accounts, reports, and audits.
- Oversee contractor and supplier payments, accruals, and fixed assets management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and automation.
- Support financial reporting and data-driven decision-making with precise records.
Requirements
Your Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, including senior-level responsibility.
- Strong command of P&L, Balance Sheet, and monthly closing processes.
- Proven track record in high-tech or global environments — advantage.
- Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar) and advanced Excel.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and fluent in English (spoken and written).

- We work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office
