Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Data entry and financial recordkeeping
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts
- Breakdown and tracking of all job costing for projects
- Prepare P&L statements and financial reports
- Perform cash flow management
- Process payroll functions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist the Controller with administrative duties
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Strong communication skills
- Efficient information gathering and management

- High energy level and self-motivation
