We're seeking organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper serving international clientele
- Familiarity with US Taxation is advantageous
- Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Thorough comprehension of financial and accounting terminologies and methodologies
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
- Technologically adept, comfortable with contemporary tools including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Competent in utilizing word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office
- Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling platforms, such as Google Calendar
- Demonstrates a proactive approach towards tasks and responsibilities
- Able to work the night-shift
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight of contracts and agreements with various stakeholders such as vendors, consultants, financial institutions, tenants, contractors, and municipalities.
- Execution of accounts receivable duties, encompassing invoicing, deposit handling, collections, and revenue monitoring.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of all accounts as required.
- Supervise data entry tasks and manage the bank reconciliation process.
- Compile necessary data for the generation of monthly reports aimed at monitoring company financial performance.
- Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documentation.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company books and records.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as necessary.
