  • Book Invoices:
  • Booking ongoing and reclass journals.
  • Vendors invoices and approvals management.
  • Vendors Open Item management.
  • Filing invoices and payments.
  • Payment factory to Vendors and employees.
  • Employees Expenses -My Finance & GTNE:
  • Ongoing Support for employees on Expenses submission.
  • Ongoing Training to employees on expenses submission and guideline (Local and overseas).
  • Follow and monitor employees updated bank account on KNOX.
  • Checking expenses : Invoice correction, amount, GL Account, Tax Code. Evidence, approval following Samsung guidelines.
  • My Finance System(New) Management and technical support with HQ.
  • Bank.
  • Booking daily transaction and approvals accordingly.
  • Daily Reporting.
  • Contact Citibank with ongoing queries and technical problems.
  • Manual Payment management ,preparation and templates management.
  • Citi direct & Corporate Credit Card
  • Issue Company corporate credit card for dispatchers.
  • Manage and support dispatchers with their queries and errors.
  • Update Details and credit limit under appropriate approval.
  • PIC contact person with UK for any query.
  • Flight Ticket/ Biz Trip Management & GTNE
  • GTNE system -Overseas Biz Trip Management & Update ongoing changes on GTNE.
  • Ongoing Training to employees with GTNE system
  • Support employees with their Biz Trip flight booking with the travel agent (Following SEIL guidelines).
  • Support Employees with their GTNE flight submission and Expenses submission.
  • Explaining employees, who have Biz trip, SEIL guidelines & ensuring the employee receives all the required information.
  • Ongoing Finance Department Requirements

• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures

• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work

• Typical entry point for university graduates
