- Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions into QuickBooks Online.
- Scan and upload financial documents into accounting systems.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Print and prepare checks for authorized signatures.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic records.
- Manage bookkeeping-related email communications.
- Review and organize financial documentation.
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
- Receive and process bookkeeping requests submitted by staff and members using paper forms and supporting documentation.
- Support daily office accounting functions and special projects as assigned.
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Starting wage may be flexible depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
- Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance, reliability, and growth within the position.
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- Potential for additional hours based on organizational needs and experience.
- Schedule is flexible; however, consistency in hours and attendance is required.
- Operating hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Training will be conducted in Hillsboro and/or St. Helens, Oregon, depending on business needs and trainer availability.
