About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
As our sole bookkeeper, you will own our day-to-day financial record-keeping end-to-end and be a key part of the finance function as we scale.
Responsibilities- Handle multiple subsidiary bookkeeping, including intercompany transactions.
- Support month-end, quarter- end, and year-end close processes
- Manage AP- Process invoices, vendor payments, and lead end to end invoice to Pay process
- Manage expense reimbursements and travel expenses
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process payroll journal and accruals
- On going statutory reporting- withholding tax, vat etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors during tax season and audits
- Handle ad hoc cross company projects and tasks
- Certified bookkeeper (Type 1+2)
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with ERP system (preferably Priority. NetSuite is an advantage)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in a startup and fast paste environment

- NetSuite experience
