What You'll Do
Reconciliations & Month-End Support
- Reconcile system records to bank statements and company credit card statements
- Collect supporting documentation and follow up on anything missing or incomplete
- Enter bank checks and bank transfers into the accounting/ERP system
- Enter accounts payable invoices, including non-inventory items and purchase order-related inventory items, into the ERP system
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy accounting records
- Ensure supporting documentation is complete, organized, and retrievable
- Infor VISUAL ERP
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel emphasis)
- Online banking (NACHA experience a plus)
- Various vendor portals
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, plus proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with ERP or accounting software systems
- Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Experience processing customer payments and vendor invoices
- A track record of spotting opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
- Professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Comfort identifying discrepancies, asking clarifying questions, and escalating issues appropriately
- A dependable, self-directed approach to working in a small accounting team

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable, or general accounting experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with ERP or accounting software systems (Infor VISUAL experience a plus)
- Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close support
- Experience entering accounts payable invoices and processing bank checks/transfers
