As we continue to grow our strong remote workforce in the Philippines, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Virtual Assistant -Bookkeeper to join our Virtual team.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in bookkeeping, you will play a key role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy in records, and providing critical support using NetSuite. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment and has a passion for financial organization and optimization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
o Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
o Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
o Maintain an organized system of financial records.
· NetSuite Expertise:
o Manage and maintain financial data in NetSuite ERP.
o Assist in customizing and optimizing NetSuite workflows and reports.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality.
· Accounts Payable & Receivable:
o Process invoices, payments, and manage vendor accounts.
o Track and follow up on overdue invoices.
· Reporting:
o Generate and analyze financial reports to assist with decision-making.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
· Administrative Support:
o Organize and maintain financial documentation for easy access.
o Provide general administrative support as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeper, or similar role.
· Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
