We're looking for a Bookkeeper Team Lead to join our Finance Department in Tel Aviv.
In this position, you'll be part of our growing finance department that supports group subsidiaries worldwide. The right person for the Bookkeeper Team Leader job should be a team- player, detail- oriented, possess strong organizational and communication skills and aspire to specialize in a global & NASDAQ-listed company.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle and oversee a variety of ongoing accounting duties including day to day financial transactions, AP-AR, fixed assets, and payments in a multi-currency environment.
- Responsibility for a month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, credit cards, etc.
- Check and submission of ongoing tax authorities required reports (VAT, WTHT etc.)
- Assisting in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
- Participating in ad-hoc finance projects as and when needed.
- Work closely with bookkeepers, controllers, and other finance teams around the world.
What Will I Bring?
- Bookkeeping certificate type 2-3 with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience- a must
- Experience in team management - a must
- Experience in NetSuite - a must
- Multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to details and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level English both in speaking and writing
- Strong Excel skills
