Job Title: Bookkeeper (QuickBooks & Excel) – Remote

Location: Remote
Schedule (EST):

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Winter schedule: until 12:00 PM)
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks and Excel. This role is fully remote and requires someone who can manage financial records accurately, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Ensure data accuracy in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams for financial documentation

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Experience working with international clients or US-based businesses
