Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Booker Sales Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.

The Booker Group is the UK’s leading food wholesaler, servicing over 30,000 retailers across the UK. The Booker Group intern will work alongside the Booker National Account team to support in growing Red Bull sales across both Booker’s wholesale and retail arm. 

To achieve this, the successful applicant will work closely with Red Bull’s Field Team, to identify localised opportunities for catering growth & implement educational tools in Booker depots. They will also work closely with Red Bull’s Ecommerce Team, to measure the effectiveness of online activity, optimising the investment plan for 2025.

Through strong analytical skills, you will support in the analysis of data and key trends across the Booker Catering & Online universe to understand the impact of promotions & awareness building initiatives, in order to maximise distribution in outlets.

Job Description

Sales Data & Promotional Analysis

Analysis of Red Bull and competitor sales data across key metrics (volume, value, price)
Offer recommendations to support in driving Red Bull growth.

Field Sales Engagement

Working with Red Bull’s Field Sales team to identify localised opportunities for growth within the Catering universe.

Process Improvement

Work closely with Red Bull’s Ecommerce team to streamline online KPI reporting for Booker.

Qualifications

We're not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead, we want someone who is:
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Commercial acumen with an understanding of key sales metrics (retail sales value, rate of sale, margin)
Strong organisation and time management skills
A desire to learn and “get things done”
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to communicate information effectively verbally and in writing with use of graphical tools as necessary
Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
