Assist clients and families through the bail bonding process by answering inquiries, explaining requirements and payment obligations, processing contracts and payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with jails, courts, and agencies. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, multitasking, and strong customer service skills. No prior bail bonding experience is required because training is provided. The schedule consists of 12-hour day or night shifts on a four-days-on, four-days-off rotation.

At A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds, we work with individuals and families during some of their most stressful moments. Our agents play an important role in helping clients navigate the bonding process while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Assist clients and families throughout the bail bonding process.
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
Explain bonding requirements, contracts, and payment obligations.
Prepare and process bonding paperwork accurately.
Communicate with jails, courts, and other agencies.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Build relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation & Schedule

Weekly Salary: $756
Payday: Every Friday
Additional Compensation: Weekly commission opportunities and monthly bonus incentives
Schedule: Four days on, four days off
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts
