We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water.

We feel proud every day about what we do. We're all part of the same crucial mission, no matter what function we support -- it's to provide safe, clean water for the world, and to protect our planet's most valuable resource.

What we do:

For 150 years, Watts has built best-in-class products that are trusted by customers in residential and commercial settings across the world. We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. • Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other departments on engineering changes that require time-sensitive or inventory use-up strategies.

  • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to determine lead times for custom-engineered jobs.

  • Handle changes to products, parts, or processes within the ERP system, and support product configurators.

  • Prepare and maintain material or labor standard variance reports, addressing issues in production, material control, or variance authorizations.

  • Manage the Canadian Registration Number process, including drawing documentation and updating the tank database.

  • Monitor Custom Design Requests from Inside Sales, delegate tasks to the Sustaining team, and serve as the single point of contact for Customer Care and Inside Sales requests.

  • Provide backup support for other Engineering Administration tasks, such as label making, National Board reporting, MVP processing, or job packet creation

You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 4+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or engineering environment, particularly with BOM structures and functions.

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and requirements.

  • Proficiency in personal computer skills and Microsoft Office (including MS Access).
