Key Responsibilities
- Repair/replace damaged panels, fiberglass, frames, and structural components per OEM procedures and estimates.
- Prep surfaces, mix materials, and apply finishes using proper equipment and safety controls (painter roles).
- Operate welders, grinders, sanders, spray equipment, and other shop tools safely.
- Maintain quality standards; document work performed and communicate needs to estimator/parts.
- Follow hazardous material handling, PPE, and booth safety requirements.
