Bike Fit Software Gatekeeper

The Body Geometry Fit team is looking for a detail‑driven, tech‑curious teammate to help shape the future of our fit software. In this role, you’ll be hands‑on with testing new features, partnering with fitters, and helping guide software releases from development to real‑world
use. Your work will directly impact how riders experience fit—making every release smarter, smoother, and more reliable.
Software Project Management
- Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, Tech Services, and other supporting teams to ensure smooth release execution.
- Determine release packages, work with the development team, and track/communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Create and update internal documentation: release notes, test plans, known issues, and best practices.
- Follow Up with users who submit Bug Reports and software issues.
- Partner with stakeholder groups to define testing needs, resolve blockers, and adjust timelines as needed.
Testing and Software Support
- Be the first line of defense for testing new software updates or features.
- Lead functional, regression, and usability testing across device configurations and OS versions.
- Manage internal and external testing programs.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong project management and/or organizational skills.
- Excited and curious about new technology.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
- Understanding of iOS ecosystems or testing on cross-device configurations.
- Experience with software that requires integrated hardware.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating or owning software releases.
- Ability to break down complex workflows into testable components and document them clearly.
- Experience with testing hardware preferred.
- Experience working across multiple development teams or in environments with integrated hardware/software interactions.
- Ability to create structured documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Experience using Atlassian Tools.
Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $89,000
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.

Morgan Hill, CA (Office) (4 days in office)
