Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving development boards (EVK, FRDM, validation boards, customer boards) throughout the NPI lifecycle. Acts as the primary interface between Marketing, Systems Engineering, Software, Validation, Product Engineering, Hardware Solution (HWS), manufacturing partners, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality board delivery supporting silicon development and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain board strategy, schedules, budgets, and board roadmaps.
- Drive EVK, FRDM, validation, and customer board development.
- Manage board cost, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and logistics.
- Coordinate board requirements across engineering and business teams.
- Track certification activities (FCC/CE and others).
- Manage board issue escalation, rework, sustaining, and replenishment plans.
- Drive supplier and manufacturing partner execution.
- Support NPI milestones, software releases, customer samples, and market launches.
- Identify and execute board cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years project/program management experience.
- Strong PCB fabrication, PCBA, DFM, BOM management, and change control knowledge.
- Experience with vendor management and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with MS Project.
